LAYOUT PLAN
In the layout plan, we study the distribution and positioning of furniture. This is the foundation of the entire project, where we define the best organization of the space, ensuring proper flow and circulation.
3D IMAGES
The 3D images accurately represent the expected result of the executed project, providing security and confidence by including all details of colors, finishes, and lighting. Through these images, you can visualize how your project will look after execution.
SHOP LIST
We deliver the shopping list with all products, furniture, and objects specified for your project, tailored to your needs, accompanied by direct purchase links to store websites, providing practicality and convenience without the need to leave your home. Simply click on the image and purchase the product without leaving your house.
BASIC DETAILING
In the DecorPack GOLD plan, we develop basic millwork drawings, such as shelves and TV panels (racks). In addition, we deliver specifications for colors, finishes, wallpaper, decorative items, and lighting that compose your project.
TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This package is valid for one space. Integrated spaces are considered two spaces.
• Communication with the professional should preferably take place during business hours, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• The client may request changes to any element suggested in the proposal, provided the request is made in a single, consolidated submission.
Timelines:
• Initial contact will be made within 5 business days after purchase of the package.
• The first presentation will be delivered within 15 business days after receiving all requested information from the client.
• The revision request included in the package must be made within 7 business days after receiving the first proposal.
• If no request is made within this period, the initial proposal will be considered approved.
• After revision approval, the final delivery will be completed within 15 business days.
This package DOES NOT include:
• Technical detailing for custom cabinetry, electrical points, lighting layouts, drywall, finishes, flooring, stonework, or any detailing involving construction or infrastructure.
• Revision requests after final delivery.
• Structural modifications, supplier or contractor referrals, construction management, or cost estimates.
• All information provided by the client is the sole responsibility of the client.
• As this is a remote project and on-site measurement verification is not possible, discrepancies between client-provided measurements and actual dimensions may occur. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or quotes. All project measurements must be verified by service providers to avoid complications during execution.
• We recommend hiring a qualified professional to execute the project.
• Responsibility for execution quality and implementation of the proposal lies with the client.
According to Consumer Protection Guidelines:
• If the client withdraws or ceases communication with our team for a period of 30 consecutive days, the project will be subject to availability of new openings and scheduling.
• If the client withdraws or ceases communication with our team for a period of 60 consecutive days, the project may be discontinued without refund, due to schedule reservation and professional time already allocated to project development.
